We want to know what you think, what you would like to see, what is working and what is not, and any questions you have about our products and services.
To make that as easy as possible, we have created a dedicated email address, membersvoice@opfcu.com, as your personal suggestion box.
This inbox will not be monitored for loan inquiries, application status, or transaction requests. It will exist purely for you to share your thoughts, good, bad, or indifferent.
Our goal is to remain, and for some, become your primary financial institution. This suggestion box will give you a direct way to keep us accountable as we work toward that goal.
Action Needed
Beginning Thursday, May 21st, a new Online Banking security feature will require members to use a six-digit verification code when logging in. This added layer of protection helps keep your personal and financial information secure.
To avoid interruptions when accessing your Online Banking account, we must have your current phone number on file. Verification codes will be delivered by text message or voice call during login.
Please review and update your contact information in your Online Banking profile as soon as possible.
