Our mobile banking app, “TouchBanking,” is a banking and payments application you can use to access your Police Federal Credit Union account information quickly and easily from your iPhone or Android smartphone. Use TouchBanking to:

  • Check your account balances.
  • Review recent account activity.
  • Transfer money between accounts.
  • Pay bills.
  • Change and cancel pending payments.
  • Deposit checks
Requirements:
 TouchBanking is available to our members through our partner, Fiserv, for your mobile banking solution. Fiserv is the company that powers our online banking (CUFFS) and bill pay (APB). To launch the application, you must register your phone for mobile banking through CUFFS, our online banking service, and it can only be used for your Police Federal Credit Union accounts.

To download the TouchBanking application, your phone must have an operating system that supports application downloads and may require a data services plan. You download the TouchBanking application from a link that is sent to you during registration. Please note that TouchBanking is not currently available on the iPad or iPod Touch.

How do you register for TouchBanking?
Click on the CUFFS/APB button located on the left side of our home page and look for the mobile banking registration. You can typically find the option to register for mobile banking in the self service features of CUFFS. If you have any problems registering for mobile banking, please contact us.

Is TouchBanking secure?
To ensure the safety and privacy of your account information, multiple security features are incorporated in TouchBanking:
  • All transactions are encrypted.
  • You must authenticate every interaction with TouchBanking.
  • No personal or financial information is stored on your phone.
