Shared Branching

With shared branching, credit unions from all over the country share facilities to give members thousands of convenient locations to perform transactions just as if they were in their home credit union. Whether you’re at work, home, or your favorite travel destination, your Credit Union is always nearby. Down load the CO-OP Shared Branch app on your smart phone to have all the locations available to you 24/7.

What you need when you enter a shared branch location:

  • Your home credit union’s name
  • Your account number
  • Valid unexpired government-issued photo identification (i.e., State Driver's license, U.S. Passport, or Military identification)
Within seconds, the CU Service Center will link automatically to your account at the Police Federal Credit Union and you can conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers or loan payments. It’s simple and easy! The network is perfect when you’re traveling for business or pleasure, have kids or parents out of state that need assistance, or if you’re relocating. Your credit union is still just around the corner. Many locations offer extended evening and weekend hours as well.

There are now over 5,000 locations. For more information on how to find a regional location near you, visit the CU Service Network, or call 1-888-500-CUSN. For the National Automated Locator, call 1-800-919-CUSC or visit www.cuservicecenter.com. Click here to see a list of metro area shared branching locations.

Please be advised that shared branching transactions at both of our locations will not be performed after 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, for your convenience, transactions can be performed until 5:45 p.m. on Friday at the Main Office drive-thru only.
